Language: Main language of the congress is English. However, sessions in other languages such as Montenegrin, Serbian, Bosnian or Turkish can be organized.

Papers are invited from all areas of educational science. The deadline for submissions of abstracts of no longer than 300 words is March 15, 2019 and should be sent to: medus2019@udg.edu.me. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by March 20, 2019, the latest. All abstracts will be reviewed by the selection panel. All papers selected for presentation will be published in congress proceedings book. Deadline for full paper submission is September 30, 2019.

Poster sessions may also be organized.

If more than one author from the same paper attends the congress, there will be a 50 percent discount for each additional author. In addition, if the same author(s) submit more than one paper, each additional paper will receive 50 percent discount.

Congress participants are responsible for their own expenses. The registration fee is collected as the contribution of each participant to the common expenses of the organization and includes all coffee breaks, congress materials including the editing and publication of proceedings book. It does not include travel and accommodation expenses. All congress participants have to register for the congress by making the registration payment. Please note that paper submission alone is not sufficient for registration.
