Seventy students from the region applied for the UDG Regional Summer School

UDG is organizing regional summer schools:  "Finance and Capital Market" "Informatics and Statistics" "Agriculture and healthy food" and "Tourism and Culture" The basic idea behind the UDG Regional summer school is to connect young people and future leaders from the region.  In a broader version of the news you can find more information about schools, and the list of registered students.

So far, 70 students from the region applied from 20 colleges and three secondary schools:

There are around 30 speakers and presenters participating at the school, from about 10 countries from the region and the EU:

Minister of Agriculture,

Mayor of Cetinje.

Presidents of the Commission for Securities,

CEOs of banks,

Directors of brokerage houses,

Directors and consultants of companies in the food sector

Directors and consultants of tourist resorts,

Professors from the Universities - Podgorica, Sarajevo, Skopje, Novi Sad,

Prof. Vukotic, prof. Ćirović, prof. Okanović, prof. Radovanovic, prof. Dujmovic, ...

 All teachers are directly linked to important universities, research centers and businesses, so students have a chance to get to know them, gain direct contact and expand their network of acquaintances and contacts.

 During the school a range of extra-curricular activities is organized including: trips to the national park "Lovcen" as well as participation in the traditional UDG Lovcen race, visits to leading companies and tourism resorts, museums, etc.

 UDG issues certificates to each student with the ECTS credits. Students who successfully pass the exam are entitled to the recognition of 4 ECTS credits.

 Summer schools are held in Cetinje in period 29.6. - 11.7. 2015.
