UDG hosted students of the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, USA

Within the international cooperation that the University of Donja Gorica has with a large number of universities, both from the region and from around the world, the students from the University of Pittsburgh will stay for four weeks at UDG. During their four-week stay in Montenegro, the American students will attend courses of Montenegrin language for foreigners.


The lectures will be performing at the Centre for Foreign Languages at UDG, and considering that the students possess the basic knowledge of Montenegrin language, they will have the opportunity to improve Montenegrin language skills.

The aim of this course is also to get foreign students more familiar with the Montenegrin culture. In addition to the course of the Montenegrin language, the students from the United States will have the opportunity to, together with the lecturers from the Centre for foreign languages, attend the lecture of prof. Veselin Vukotic, Rector of UDG, then to visit the Old Royal Capital Cetinje and National Park Lovcen, to visit Zabljak and  Black Lake in Durmitor National Park, Lake Skadar and Virpazar, as well as medieval towns of Kotor, Tivat, Perast,
