CALL FOR STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN ERASMUS+ TRAINING UNDER THE RES-UNI PROJECT
The University of Donja Gorica is issuing a public call for applications from students to participate in international training in the field of digital transformation, organized within the Erasmus+ project "Research Universities – Res-Uni," funded by the European Union under the Capacity Building in Higher Education program.
The Res-Uni project aims to strengthen the capacities of higher education institutions in the Western Balkans in the areas of digital transformation, data management, and modern information technologies through the development of new knowledge and skills, international cooperation, and alignment with European quality standards.
About the Training
The training is intended for students who wish to improve their knowledge and competencies in the following areas:
- Digital transformation in the context of universities
- Infrastructure support for digital transformation
- Planning and managing digital transformation
- Software, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence in higher education
Upon successful completion of the training, all participants will receive a certificate of participation.
Eligibility Requirements
All students of the University of Donja Gorica who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master's degree program;
- Have a demonstrated interest in digital transformation and international cooperation;
- Possess basic knowledge of English (minimum level B1);
- Are motivated and prepared to actively participate in the training and in the dissemination of project results.
Selection Criteria
Each candidate will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Motivation to participate in the project – 20 points
- Willingness to represent the university and promote European values – 20 points
- English language proficiency (certificate or interview) – 20 points
- Academic performance (based on GPA and transcript) – 20 points
- Teamwork, responsibility, and professional discipline – 20 points
Required Documentation
Applications must be submitted in English and include the following documents:
- Completed application form (available at the provided link)
- Motivation letter (up to 300 words)
- Curriculum Vitae (preferably in Europass format)
- Academic transcript (grade report)
- English language certificate (if available)
- Recommendation letter (optional but recommended)
