The third general meeting of the ERASMUS+ CBHE MAGNET project

The third general meeting of the ERASMUS+ CBHE MAGNET project was held from March 21 - 22, 2025 in the premises of the University of Sarajevo, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

One of the main results of the three-year project MAnagerial and GoverNance Enhancement through Teaching (MAGNET) ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-1 (http://www.magnet-project.eu/ ) is establishment of the Balkan Network of University Pedagogy - BALKANETUP.

 

The MAGNET Project, which is co-funded by the European Union and coordinated by the Democritus University of Thrace, Alexandroupolis, Greece, emphasize the importance of university pedagogy. The project is implemented by 12 universities from 8 countries of the Western Balkans. Each partner university established a Center for teaching and learning (CTL) for academic staff in HEIs, and joined the BALKANETUP network, to broaden cooperation and achieve higher connectivity between higher education institutions in the Balkan region.

 

The meeting was focused on reporting on the BalkaNetUP sustainability, the reports on CTLs among partner institutions, the development status and training delivered by MOOCs at the MAGNET project educational platform https://magnet-moocs.mbg.duth.gr/, and progress reports for the project’s work packages and partner institutions. Last but not least, the meeting objective was also to foster team building and networking among partners.

 

On behalf of the University of Donja Gorica, the meeting was attended by the Danilo Bulatovic and Anja Buskovic, and they presented the activities of the University of Donja Gorica.

 

The attendees also had the opportunity to learn about the activities of the University of Donja Gorica linked to the development of academic staff through training within the UDG Revitalization process.
