On July 2nd, the 2025 Board meeting of the Tourism Confucius Classroom at UDG was  successfully held on the Zoom online platform. Chang Hongmei, Vice President of  Beijing Union University, Xu Kun, Director of Division of Finance, Wang Anqi,  Executive Director of Division of International Exchange & Cooperation, Wang  Chengxia, Deputy Director of Division of International Exchange & Cooperation, Fu  Lili, Chinese Director of the Tourism Confucius Classroom, Sandra Tinaj, General  Manager of UDG, Marija Orlandic, Dean of the Chinese Studies, and Tamara Radinovic,  co-Director of the Confucius Classroom, attended the meeting. 

The meeting was hosted by Tamara Radinovic. The directors of Confucius Classroom  summarized the activities carried out in 2024 in both Chinese and English. In terms of  Chinese education, the teaching workload of Confucius Classroom has reached 2064  class hours. Last year, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the Confucius Institute  and the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Confucius Classroom, the Chinese International Education Foundation, Beijing Union University, and the University of  Donja Gorica jointly signed a new 5-year agreement for the Confucius Classroom. TCC  organized 9 events, 2 competitions, held 1 board meeting, facilitated three visits  between two universities, and achieved excellent results in the university group first  and second place, as well as the primary school group first place in the Montenegro of  Chinese Bridge World Chinese Competition. In addition, Confucius Classroom has also  done a lot of work in applying for free books from the Center for Language Education  and Cooperation, applying for HSK exam center and the construction of smart  classrooms, planning the itinerary of teaching and research delegations, and promoting  online courses on Chinese Philosophy and offline courses on Anthropology.  Subsequently, both directors summarized the final expenditure for 2024 and the budget  plan for 2025. 

Next, Sandra Tinaj, the General Manager of the UDG, highly praised the work of the  Confucius Classroom last year: with the joint efforts of both directors, the Confucius  Classroom has achieved remarkable results, and she hopes to seize more opportunities  in the future to make the Confucius Classroom better and become a bridge for  communication and cooperation between the two universities and the two countries.  Chang Hongmei, Vice President of Beijing Union University, also delivered a speech,  stating that the year 2024 marked a year of transformative growth for the Tourism  Confucius Classroom, a flagship project of educational collaboration between Beijing  Union University (BUU) and the University of Donja Gorica. last year was a year of leapfrog development for the Confucius Classroom. As a  landmark project of Sino Black education cooperation, the classroom is built with the  concept of "language as a bridge, tourism as a medium, and culture as the soul", relying on the advantages of Beijing Union University's tourism discipline and the regional  influence of Lower Gorica University, to construct a characteristic development model  of "Chinese language teaching+tourism major+cultural dissemination". In the future,  the focus will be on jointly building scientific research platforms, expanding joint  education programs, enhancing two-way faculty and student exchanges. the Tourism  Confucius Classroom will continue to serve as a bridge, deepening the integrated model  of “Chinese Language + Tourism Studies + Cultural Exchange” and bringing fresh  momentum to China-Montenegro cultural relations.
