The Tourism Confucius Classroom at UDG Debuts at the Spring Fest
Traditional Chinese Games Ignite Campus Cultural Passion

The teachers of the Tourism Confucius Classroom have carefully prepared and organized multiple traditional games with Chinese characteristics, including kicking shuttlecock, playing diabolo, throwing teapots, and throwing sandbags. These interactive projects with ethnic characteristics are not only fun, but also showcase traditional sports activities that integrate skills, physical strength, and artistic elements in Chinese culture, attracting many students to actively participate and creating a lively atmosphere on site.

A student excitedly said after experiencing it, ‘I have never played these games, especially diabolo, which is particularly novel and challenging." Many students also learned the cultural meaning behind the games under the guidance of Chinese teachers and developed a strong interest in traditional Chinese culture.

This event not only deepened cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, but also further promoted the construction of a diverse campus culture at the UDG. The wonderful presentation of Tourism Confucius Classroom has become an important bridge connecting China and the West and integrating education with entertainment during the Spring Fest.
